Taiwan Post opens many temporary post offices(TPO) to commemorate special activity every month. Most of TPO only open one day and use a special cancellation. In general, every special cancellation(same design) has two kinds: 1. Has a Chinese character (癸) on it; 2. Without this Chinese character (癸) on it.
